Acceptance of terms and conditions (T’s & C’s)
To use the myexperienze.com website, you must agree to the terms and conditions of use. You will be bound by these T’s & C’s and by using the website, have agreed to them.
Not agreeing to the T’s & C’s therefore does not allow you to upload your own experience or access the site to browse.
myexperienze.com reserves the right, without notice, to terminate any right to use the site if any T’s & C’s have been ignored and prevent further access of the site.

Modification of terms
myexperienze.com reserves the right to change / modify any of the T’s & C’s or any policies laid down by the site regulator at any time. All changes will be effective on posting. Usage of the site following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. Therefore reviewing the T’s & C’s should be carried out at regular intervals.
Service description / registering
myexperienze.com offers a service for all users to be able to upload their own personal experience allowing others to gain insight into uploaded data. All new material will be bound by myexperienze.com T’s & C’s. myexperienze.com holds no liability for content that fails to store on the site. myexperienze.com also does not hold liability over the content of such uploads in any way.
In order to use the service, individuals must complete Login / Registration information on the home page before uploading any information. The user, must provide accurate, true and current information on their registration form, and have a responsibility to inform myexperienze of any change to personal information.
On successful registration, the user will take full responsibility for all information uploaded under their own personal login information. myexperienze.com may provide links to other websites, although they do not hold any responsibility for the content of these sites. Myexpenienze will not take any responsibility for any transactions that you may enter into though third party websites.
myexperienze.com shall endeavour to keep the website free of viruses, but does not claim that the site will be free of infection / viruses. They therefore will not be held accountable for any damage to your computer system if contamination occurs as any downloading of material is at the users discretion.

No storage of personal data or information from other users.
